U.S. Shipping Rates:
Up to $20.00 = $5.75
$20.01 to $35.00 = $6.95

$35.01 to $50.00 = $7.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $8.95
$75.01 to $99.00 = $9.95
$99.01 to $200.00 = $12.95

$200.01 and up = $14.95

 

These rates apply to orders shipped to the 48 continental United States only. Shipping rates will be higher for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.

 

International Orders: Orders can be shipped to most international locations. All international shipments will be shipped via USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

 

Express Shipping: Orders being shipped within the continental US can be shipped via USPS Express Mail for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

For 'Free Shipping' promotions, shipping method will be chosen at our discretion.

Undeliverable shipments or refused deliveries will be subject to a 10% handling fee.

 

Sales Tax:

If your shipment is going to an address in the state of Alabama, there is a state sales tax of 4% added to your order.

 

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your privacy. We do not share or sell personal information about our online visitors to any third party. We may occasionally send special offers via email or regular mail. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time.

 

We also use industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer purchasing data exchanged within our site to insure your information is protected.

 

Special Offers & Promotion codes:

To take advantage of special offers and promotions we occassionally offer on our site, promotion codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.

 

Gift Certificates:

Finding it hard to choose? Gift certificates are available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations. For more information, please click here.

 

Discounts or promotions cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason your are unhappy with the item purchased, our return/exchange policy is as follows:

 

General Merchandise: Any unused or unworn item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be submitted with all returns. This number may be obtained by emailing the following information to

Once the RA# has been issued, merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the customer ’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns without a valid RA# or with visible signs of usage.

 

We will notify you via e-mail when your returned item has been received and your refund has been issued. Refunds are given in the same form of original payment.

 

Imprinted or Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.

 

Sale Items: Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

‘Vintage’ Description & Disclaimer:

What is vintage? This is a question open for much interpretation. Our definition of vintage includes items that date prior to 1975. Many of our products incorporate authentic vintage items as well as new materials that are vintage-inspired. Product descriptions will specify when vintage materials are used.

 

‘Authentic vintage’ is loaded with charm but also implies that small imperfections such as slight scratches, dings, marks, etc. may be present. These are a reminder of the true age of the piece and should not be considered as flaws.

 

The Baby Gardner chooses vintage materials very carefully. Any imperfections will be cosmetic in nature and will simply enhance the beauty of the product. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product upon receipt, items may be returned in accordance with our return policy outlined above.

 

limitation of liability:

The majority of our items are handmade. Some items include vintage materials which is disclosed in the item description where applicable. For any unlikely events and for legalities compliance, we must recommend adult supervision for all of our items and toys for children under the age of 3. Some rattles and toys come with small parts and/or accessories that can be removed and may be potentially dangerous if played with in any unattended fashion (i.e. throwing, swallowing, etc).

 

Under no circumstances shallTheBabyGardner / TheBabyGardner.com or its product contributors be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, any materials purchased or given from or originating fromTheBabyGardner / TheBabyGardner.com, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the information available in the website.
